Shipping

We use Australia post as our carrier and currently only post Australia & New Zealand wide. We do not post to other International countries at this stage.

Australia

  • Express Shipping

    Within Victoria - 1 to 2 business days

    Interstate - 3 to 8 business days depending on state

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping

    5 to 8 business days

  • Express Shipping

    2 to 5 business

We endeavour to ship on the same day before 4.pm or the next morning before 4.pm weekdays. You will receive an email confirmation upon purchase with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Kindly note we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. We cannot refund due to change of mind so please select your item carefully as all sales are final. 

Faulty Items

Your items will be carefully checked and packaged by hand. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item upon arrival, please send photographic proof to our email address theluxedcollection@gmail.com within 24 hours.

You will be required to post your item in its original unused condition to us to be assessed. Once we are satisfied your item is faulty as claimed, you will receive either a replacement (providing we still have your item in stock) or a store credit.

If the item is not deemed faulty as claimed or faulty due to customer mishandling, we will return the item to you and you will be responsible for the shipping fees of both returns.

If a return is accepted and a shipping label is sent to you, the label must be printed and the item returned to us within 7 days. Failure to do so, will result in the cancellation of the shipping label and we will assume you are happy to keep your item. Therefore, the return process will be deemed cancelled.

The luxed Collection are not held responsible for any defects that occur once your items are worn. We ensure all items are sent to you in excellent condition. Our reworked collection may require extra care due to being processed by hand. 

The luxed Collection will not be held responsible for any loose crystals, pearls or any tarnishing that may occur once items are used. Please review our care guide for tips on how to maintain the longevity of your items.
